About Us
A Snippet of Insight: WHO ARE WE?
A young 18 year old business owner and fine dining chef, specializing in elevated soul food dishes. Where I recreate the most famous soul food dishes and present them in a unique, healthier, and elegant manner that is accepted amongst the fine dining scene. Cooking started out as an outlet growing up at the age of eight years old. As I played sports, and developed into my own; I realized cooking wasn't just a hobby. Culinary arts is my God-given gift. I'm so grateful to have found my purpose in life at such a young age. I believe that is to introduce the culinary arts world to people in such a way that every time they sit down to eat; they appreciate every bite as the art it is and savor every ounce of flavor. I'm quite aware of how young I am; overtime it's become normal for people to underestimate my skills and abilities. At first, so did I. Until I started experimenting with recipes and ideas. I would stay up the entire night working on new menu items for clients but it's so much fun for me. My favorite part is when people take their first bite of my dish and they become complete impressed and speechless from the flavor bombs exploding simultaneously.. Currently I am majoring in culinary arts with a minor in applied sciences. Celebrating three years in July as a business owner and entrepreneur alongside my outstanding business partner and sister, ANiya Tutson. I am very proud to be able to say what started off as a mental health outlet has me living my dream as head chef of my own Private Chef Company.
